Preston developed a strong work ethic through his small-town upbringing in rural Nevada. He is strategic, business-minded, and results-driven. Preston also owned and operated a successful window cleaning business at 22 while attending college in southern Utah. 

As Preston began to invest in his real estate deals, he developed a strong interest in the industry. That interest eventually led to selling his business and moving to Orange County, California, to work in commercial real estate. He’s constantly studying the best strategies for investing in real estate and believes there’s no better investment class than multifamily real estate.

In his spare time, Preston can be found hanging out with his wife, trying out new foodie spots, and following his favorite sports. He stays active outdoors by going to the beach, camping, hunting, and fishing. Above all else, Preston also values his relationships with his family and friends.
